Sales Training
The sales training is comprised of:

  • Five (5) Residential Sales Consultant classes each year.
    • Two week program focused on technical and sales to better equip the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) Commercial Account Manager classes each year.
    • Two week class focused on technical and sales to better position the RSC for success in their region.
  • Two (2) different sales programs offered for General Managers semiannually, totaling 4.5 training days, focusing on sales culture and everyday sales management.

Technical Training
The technical training for technicians contains:

  • Furnace and air conditioning tune-up procedural training twice a year
  • Heat exchanger and CO inspection yearly
  • Technical communication and ‘build-a-tech’ biannually
  • Continuous NATE certification and specialty classes as required

Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning is investing in supplementary training through the use of a Learning Management System, to drive assigned and ad hoc programs to better train our technical staff.

Miscellaneous Training

  • Twice annually, conduct Operational Excellence for General Managers, to offer support, resources, and framework for running a business from the P&L perspective.

Customer Service Specialist

  • Semiannually, participate in outbound calling through a one (1) day program. In this program we cover heating and cooling industry basics, what makes people invest, calling procedures, scripts, customer purchase signals, and mastering customer complaints.

Dispatcher

  • No formal classes provided. Ongoing training provided by the General Manager and applicable staff in the office.
