Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to participate in the Midlands Ride for Kids in April. This is the second year that Midland Air has raised money for this wonderful event that helps fund the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the leading nonprofit financing research into childhood brain tumors. The donations fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial help for families.
Midland Air Service Experts gave $1000 to this great cause and the nationwide event has collected over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her father’s motorcycle group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids each year.
“My dad’s riding group rides every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for this wonderful cause.” You can see Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle club may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it for the kids,” said Rebecca.
