I found out later that day when i read the contract that was emailed to me. 2) James mentioned that the current service plan i was on would be transferred to the advantage program plan. Again, no mention in the contract. I had to get a letter from Bruce Bartolotto stating that my current service plan would be included in the advantage plan. 3) Still waiting on the refund for the unused 2-3 months that I paid for my previous plan, now that i'm on the advantage plan. 4) Billing. When am i going to receive the welcome kit or bill in the mail? I have been told it is due on 2/8, however, NOTHING has been received in the mail. 6) I was supposed to get an outside unit. Installer showed up with an indoor unit. I decided this was o.k.. 7) INSTALLATION. The water heater installation was great. Kevin Hathaway did a great job. He was not qualified to do the electrical work and said it would take a few days for the electrical guy to come out. Therefore, i had a drop cord running through my garage to power the unit 8) Electrical guy... ~2 weeks pass and nothing. i had to call and followup 2 or 3 times to get GENE (?) out to my house to start electrical work. GENE visited 3 separate times, consecutive days. I have an electrical box powered up, but the box was exposed and there were holes in the wall next to the box. The last day, GENE said he would be back at the end of the week to finish the job. 1 week passes. I call the front office, and the message was passed on. another week passes. i call the front office again. nothing. another week passes. i call and text James Ahlstrom. Still NOTHING! Finally, GENE calls and said his technician is on the way to finish the mess he had started. The water heater was installed on 12/28/2020. The electrical technician finished the job on 1/26,2021. 5 weeks! really?"

But it just went downhill from there. They basically forgot about me so on Monday I had to call. Then they sent someone and he seemed to repair a wire outside. But there were still problems that didnt exist before the heat quick working: a squealing in the air handler that kept me awake all night and when the heat comes on now, it sounds like a airplane taking off as the air is being pushed through the vents. Another tech came out to address the squealing and tried to tell me it was because I didnt change out the filter and there would be an $800 insulation repair. At this point I became angry. I moved into this house in June and replace the air filter religiously and did NOT appreciate his mansplaining of something he clearly knew nothing about. The tech who dealt with the wiring then came back out and the squealing is gone but the airflow is still noisy and now there is a horrible musty smell that I have not had prior to all the problems with the heat going out. He said he was going to call tech support and get back to me but that was days ago and Nothing!!! I am looking for another company to service my system. One that is more organized, professional and seems to know what they are doing. Pardee gets a BIG fat F except for Ken who really does seem to care and try."

The tech put the broken pieces back on and left dirt stains all around the entry point. The techs did not have foot coverings. They instead used a very dirty drop cloth that only covered about 80% of their path. I covered the rest with a clean tarp I had. Overall the A/C is working as expected, but I wasn't very happy with the way my attic trim was left. Still haven't heard when you are coming back to fix it."

This was installed MARCH 2019 and this AUG 2020 was the first appointment Pardee kept to change the filters. UNSATISFACTORY at best . Then the sales person was upset because we would. It allow him in. Get a grip folks! DO NOT Ever send a sales person to my residence again. Then they wanted to sit in my driveway for 30 mins WTF? They do t know the age of our newly replaced water heater but were pecking for something to sell...you have been told"

todd M. charleston, south carolina August 27, 2020 "I had to make three phone calls just to set up my appointment for an emergency service I have a annual service plan with party have had for almost a decade and this time I had an issue and the information I got from your phone operator was different from the information your tech provided when your tech arrived he came to hours earlier than the arranged time and he proceeded to tell my wife that there was an issue with our ductwork that it was too small and that is blowing a hole through it because it was too small turns out that was not the problem Im quite disappointed. The issue was that someone in climbing to my attic air handler head set on or put weight on the ductwork snapping the elbow joint Im breaking it dont know when that happened but most of the time it is parties people who are getting back there to that unit all I can say is that your agent this time sort of tried to tape the insulation back around the ductwork but didnt reconnect the elbow joint so it was still blowing most of the air right into the attic. As I mentioned Ive been with party for I think now 11 years maybe 12 for as long as weve owned our home and we are in our 12th youre in the home generally Ive been pleased with the service most of your texts including the last one who came and did our service only about three or four weeks ago did a very fine job he was very fine young man did not attempt to sell me anything this agent Brad came try to solve my problem which was a float pan that was full of water why it was full of water I dont know it wouldve been dry for three years but his claim was it was full of water because our ductwork was too small which is also interesting because its the same duck work its been in the home for almost 40 years and none of your agents has ever said the ductwork was too small in any case as I mentioned the problem was A broken joint broken knuckle . Your tech and I Donely miss diagnosed my problem he only loosely taped back the insulation around a hole and claimed there was nothing that could be done to repair it and we had to get you out there immediately to change our ductwork very disappointed"

They had to leave to get supplies (lumber to rebuild a platform in the attic since the new unit was larger than the old one). They even picked up a window A/C to lower the temp until Tuesday at 9:30. It still took until 1:30 to finish the work. The men were VERY nice and even vacuumed the area after picking up their "blanket" covers."
