"New filter was installed for the main floor unit which is good. But it was not the filter for the 2nd floor unit (Bosch) that I called about. He checked the filter of the 2nd floor unit and said it was OK. He got the alert light to stop flashing on the control for the unit/filter I called about. But the alert signal is still red on the control. Not critical, but a little bit annoying."

"Shannon, Ryan and Ray were 10s, but Diana was a <1. Diana is unsuited for the task she was assigned, which was customer contact and was unprofessional. For example: The yearly-membership ($10/month) Shannon quoted was suddenly $20/mo because of a dehumidifier. I had only paid $29 for that yesterday so I knew the additional $120 per year was wrong. She would not listen to my reasoning or contact Shannon. Diana evaded my questions, by silence at some points (ghosting), changing the subject or side-stepping the main point of my question (evasion). For example: She refused to let me talk to Shannon. I only placed two repair orders with Diana, but I refused to agree to the $20/mo fee. I then called Pardee again and got Shanon. She offered a $2 /mo fee for the dehumidifier and I accented. I complained to Shannon about Diana and requested a manager review the recorded call I had with Diana. I would have stopped doing business with Pardee because of Diana, if it were not for the excellent service from Shannon, Ray and Ryan."

"They came one hour and 45 minutes late. Did a brief look at the top of the attic steps. Went to check on the outside unit and didn't have much comment. Used our 50 foot garden hose that was brand new and broke the end off so it is just a piece of green hose with no attachment that can be used to connect to the spigot. I was promised a new hose to be delivered today. It is 5:15 and no one has come. The guys were more concerned with wanting to fish than with checking my unit."

"Ray has always been a great technician who communicates clearly and sets clear expectations. I trust his work and what he says. He deserves 10's across the board for his work and professionalism. The sales reps are also kind but highly unnecessary and make for an uncomfortable sales push that is unwelcome and annoying. The are professional, and have always been kind, but the practice itself I do not appreciate and causes distrust that what they are telling me is true. It feels like pushy sales in my home when all I want is the service. In the instances where there have been issues, the service technician does a great job of informing me of potential issues and recommendations. I feel the best next step would be to offer to have a sales person contact me to learn more if I am interested. I want to make it very clear that your employees are great and are likely doing what the company wants. I disagree with the company policy and that has caused me to reconsider if I will continue to use your otherwise great service."

Each time he has not demonstrated the ability to maintain my system The second to last time I had to remind him that he had to be careful of a switch on system in my attic after my system failed to start He then restarted my system and deleted all the programs I had set up they are still missing One week later after noting my house wouldn't cool lower than 78 he returned Said the problem was a coolant leak However when he went to the attic and adjusted something the system has been OK. I do not want this technician back to my residence again. I want a senior technician who understands the system I have. I paid over 20K for this system and I included maintenance agreement. I had to pay 400.00 for the maintenance and had a system that was not working The technician said I had a coolant leak I believe that is highly unlikely since whatever he did in the attic has made my system work flawlessly. I want the next person here to help get my thermosts reprogrammed as I had it before the maintenance visit. I am not happy with the maintenance service I have received. This is the second time this technician was here and each time he could not figure out my system and left with a system I had to place a second call on Jacque Bowman"
